Spot Admission Process: B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) for Academic year 2024-25

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University has completed five rounds of online admission counselling for B.A. LL.B (Hons.) for AY 2024-25
2. The detailed list of the candidates who have paid their fees and are provisionally admitted for AY 2024-25 is available at https://www.rpnlup.ac.in/status-of-provisional-admission
3. The Spot Admission process for vacant B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) seat(s) is available for only those candidates who have registered for admission through online and their names appear in the merit list declared on January 25, 2024 (https://www.rpnlup.ac.in/merit-list-b-a-ll-b-hons-programme-for-the-academic-year-2024-25/) .
4. The candidates who missed their invited rounds of counselling may also apply for Spot Admission.
5. Below is the category wise list of available seats for Spot Admission.

6. The interested candidates may register for Spot Admission through the link given below-

7. Candidates are required to fill all the entries and upload required documents on the given registration form.
8. The registered link for Spot Admission will be available till 5:00 PM, June 22, 2024.
9. Candidates registered for Spot Admission will be invited for Spot Admission for the category-wise, five times of available seats
10. Eligible candidates will be informed through email on their registered email-ids about the invitation for the Spot Admission.
11. The University will not take any responsibility for undelivered emails.
12. The Candidates will be required to PHYSICALLY come to University for counselling with following self-attested documents
    1. Class X Certificate in the name of the candidate, indicating date of birth and parents’ names. The name of the candidate must match with the CLAT- 2024 Admit Card and Result.
    2. Class XII Mark-sheet in the name of the candidate.
    3. Recent passport-size colour photo
    4. CLAT-2024 Admit Card.
    5. CLAT-2024 Score Card.
    6. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/FF/DP certificate (if applicable) issued by the competent issuing authority of Uttar Pradesh.
    7. Any one of the following identity cards:
       1. AADHAR Card
       2. Passport
       3. Voter ID
       4. Driver’s licence, or
       5. Ration Card

NOTE:

1. OBC-NCL/EWS Certificate from the competent issuing authority of Uttar Pradesh must be issued after March 31, 2023.
2. If any requisite document is not produced at the time of physical counselling for Spot Admission, then no undertaking will be accepted for producing the same later on.
3. The details of the fee is given below.
4. For Spot Admission, candidates must pay the fee through DEMAND DRAFT after successful verification of documents. The Demand Draft should be made payable to Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University Prayagraj payable at Prayagraj.
5. For candidates participating in spot counselling the Admission Fees to be paid through DEMAND DRAFT, depending on their previous payments, are as follows:
   1. Candidates who have only paid the initial application fee (Rs 4,000 or Rs 5,000):
      • Spot Admission Fee: Rs. 2,95,000 (This includes Counselling Registration Fee, Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee, and Balance Fee)
   2. Candidates who have paid the Counselling Registration Fee (Rs 20,000):
      • Spot Admission Fee: Rs. 2,75,000 (This includes Provisional Admission Confirmation Fee and Balance Fee)
   3. Candidates who have paid both Counselling Registration Fee and Confirmation Fee (Rs 20,000 + Rs 30,000):
      • Spot Admission Fee: Rs. 2,45,000 (This is solely the Balance Fee)

7. Candidates will be responsible for producing the hard copies of original certificates/documents sought by the university at the time of confirmation of admission. All certificates/documents will be returned to the candidate by the University in due course of time upon completion of their physical verification.
8. Hostel Fee will be payable after the confirmation of the admission.
